  • Handmade Nature: You acknowledge that our products are handmade. Minor variations in color, size, and design are inherent to the crafting process and do not constitute defects.

  • Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event of a stock error, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

  • Payment Methods: We accept Visa/Mastercard/Apple Pay through secure payment gateways. Payment must be cleared before the dispatch of goods.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Territory: We deliver only within the UAE.

  • Damaged Goods: If your felt flowers arrive damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After a verification of a damage, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

  • Non-Returnable: All items cannot be returned.

7. Limitation of Liability
